Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that sending an email does not confirm the cancellation until we’ve acknowledged it. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Sparkling Wishes reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We stand by the quality of our products and offer full refunds for non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note, we do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if you are unsatisfied with a personalized product, contact us, and we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

Can I return an item?

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for refunds or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and packaging to qualify. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return an item purchased in-store?

Currently, we do not process returns or exchanges for items purchased from physical store locations. Please contact the store directly or email us at info@sparklingwishes.gr or sparkling_wishes@hotmail.com. We’re happy to assist you in resolving any issues.

What should I do if I receive a broken item?

Each piece is handcrafted with care. If you happen to receive a defective item, email us at info@sparklingwishes.gr or sparkling_wishes@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

My jewelry broke while wearing it. What are my options?

If a piece breaks while being worn, we offer repair services. Email us a photo of the damage, and we’ll provide a repair quote. Please note, repair fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
